"When you visit the bordello-turned museum, only Miss Hattie and her ladies are missing. Lace curtains and velvet drapes hang over the windows. Ornate furnishings take you back to a time when San Angelo boomed and a was a wide-open frontier town. The rooms, named for the women who worked there, feature customized gilded pressed tin ceilings painted gold. The small kitchen looks very basic, but it probably wasn't used much anyway."
